We are thrilled to announce that The Global Coalition for Radiotherapy (GCR) will be represented at the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) annual congress, taking place from 3-7 May 2024 in Glasgow, UK. The theme of ESTRO 2024 is “Radiation Oncology: Bridging the Care Gap." GCR and Radiotherapy UK collaborated to write an abstract for ESTRO, which was accepted and published in the Abstract Book.
We invite all ESTRO attendees to view our poster and learn more about the incredible work GCR and Radiotherapy UK are doing to develop the framework for national cancer plans. Highlighted in the poster are the remarkable achievements of the RT Essential Standards and the RT Vision Document. We encourage you to share this valuable information with your colleagues.
Newly appointed Executive Director, Darien Laird said:
